Hi Linda
your cupcakes are fantastic! I've just been talking to a colleague about cupcakes and baking over our (not very interesting, comparatively) lunches. I just got a newly published book out of the library -- it's called "Ladies, a plate" (by Alexi Johnson, I think -- I can't check cos another colleague borrowed the book to browse over HER boring lunch) and it has all the old recipes from NZ -- many of them from books I've inherited from Mum's collection.
Anyway, good luck with the new business -- your cakes look fab!
